Refund & Returns Policy — Handmade Goods (All Sales Final)

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our items are handmade and produced in limited quantities, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges once an order is placed. Please review product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and materials carefully before purchasing.


2. Handmade Variations Are Normal

Each item is made by hand in Beirut, Lebanon. Small variations are part of the handcrafted nature and are not defects:

  • Slight differences in stitching, pattern placement, surface texture, or finish
  • Minor size or color differences within reasonable bounds
  • Color appearance may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings

These natural variations are not eligible for return or refund.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — Replacement Only

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours / 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Short description of the issue

After verification, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement or reshipment of the correct item when available; or
  • Store credit if replacement is not possible, only if required or permitted by applicable law

We do not issue cash refunds.


4. Order Cancellations or Address Changes

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change the shipping address, email us immediately at [email protected]

  • If the order has not shipped, we may be able to help.
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

5. Shipping, Delivery Times, and Delays

We ship from Lebanon. Any processing or transit times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees.

If we cannot meet the estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and offer options such as agreeing to the delay or, if required by applicable rules, canceling unshipped merchandise.


6. Lost Packages or Packages Marked Delivered

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation, but we will help provide documentation needed for a carrier claim.


7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Customs procedures may delay delivery and are beyond our control.
